Corri, Eugene ‘Thirty Years a Referee’ 1915 1st ed. 266-pages. There’s a bit of fading colors to the covers, and some minor foxing to the first and last couple of pages, else good condition with tight binding. Very clean. Written by one of England’s most famous referees. Hartley’s Boxing Bibliography: “The book details many boxers who were active during the author’s thirty years of refereeing. These include Johnny Summers, Carpentier vs. “Gunboat” Smith, Bombardier Billy Wells, Slavin vs. Jackson, Willie Ritchie vs. Freddie Welsh, Tommy Burns, Matt Wells, Jimmy Wilde and others. The second edition was issued under Refereeing 1000 Fights, 1919.”
